Thousands of schools hosted safe and successful Book Fairs this past year and we're ready to help you do the same! We have streamlined our process and have new options and solutions to ensure that your Fair is safe, easy, and meets your school's unique needs.
So much is changing right now, but Scholastic Book Fairs will remain
the essential place that connects kids to the books
they love. We're keeping our promise to empower all young readers
through book choice, help you raise critical resources for your
school, and give kids a sense of normalcy and joy.
Health experts say there is a very low transmission risk from hard surfaces like cases, boxes, and books. But we've still taken significant measures to improve our already stringent sanitation practices with COVID-19-specific guidance from outside health experts plus certification for our teams. Read more about our new Safety Practices.
When you receive your in-school Fair, we'll provide a safety kit along with guidelines for hosting a safe, socially distanced Fair, reinforcing prevention mechanisms. All transactions can be cashless and contactless with our Scholastic eWallet feature. And we've even compiled a handy Fair Safety Checklist to use.
From drive-up to virtual to limited-resource Fairs, we have new flexible options that will work in your environment. And if you're unsure what your school year looks like, we'll work with you closer to your anticipated Fair date to modify it for your situation. Read more about our New Flexible Options.
We can do ALL the planning and preparation for you–from confirmation to logistics. We'll provide everything you need to set up and run a safe, easy, and successful Fair: custom principal letter, advertising and social media assets, and more. Plus, our new quick setup for in-person Fairs, enhanced eWallet, and automated financial form make running the Fair a snap.
We are here for you—no matter what your
school setup looks like, kids can still experience the magic of a
Scholastic Book Fair.
